The membership fee will not be refunded if the conditions of membership are still met. This means that no alcohol is consumed and you won’t make too much noise (there are people trying to study in the classroom nearby). Remember that Helga Kitchen and Lounge are on school premises and everyone who attends the event needs to act accordingly. Furthermore, you are responsible for the supervision of the event and cleaning up afterwards (dishes, trash, chairs and sofas to their original places). As the responsible person you must see to it that you are the first to enter and last to leave the premises. Your responsibility expires after someone from Helga’s office has inspected the premises after the event. If you need to also use the Helga Lounge, please mention that in the email.Īs your booking is confirmed you are responsible for the premises and liable to compensate for any damages caused. All the reservations need to be confirmed by Helga’s boards so send a message to after your booking. When you reserve the Helga Kitchen, please remember to write down what your event name / reservation’s subject is (meaning what are you using the space for) and how many people are estimated to be at the Kitchen to the reservation description. Reservation for the Kitchen is behind the link after the instructions. The premises can be reserved from Monday to Friday from 17.30 to 23.00. You can reserve the Helga Kitchen or Lounge, or both, for your use.
